The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, CA is a hotspot for bloggers, instagrammers, and anyone else with a camera. Each Spring thousands of people from all over come down to the fields to witness 50 acres of natural beauty up-close. Since there is nothing in my home state of Arizona that compares to this magnitude of flowers, you can bet I was very excited to visit this place. Peak season is usually between mid-March to mid-April and admission $16 per person. These photos were taken in May during the Ranch’s final weekend.
One can spend hours here gazing into the countless rows of flowers. Whether you’re a resident in California or Arizona, this is a cool place to take your loved ones. Not too far from here there are strawberry fields where you can pick fresh strawberries yourself and you’re minutes from the beach.
A few flower fields that are on my bucket list to visit are:
- The Lavender Fields in France
- Sunflower Fields in Tuscany, Italy
- Tulip Fields in Oregon
